Creativity is Infectious

To raise awareness for September Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and expand our reach, the Kids & Art Foundation launched a creative challenge for Creative Thinkers. They were asked to “express how the idea of childhood cancer makes you feel with a 60 second doodle you make without lifting a pencil.” Then they posted their doodle, and tagged three others and invited them to take the challenge as well.

Gift of Art 2021 - Although our founder’s son Amaey lost his battle with cancer 10 years ago , his legacy and gift of art continues on. To celebrate his life, and the gift of art and community his journey has provided so many others, Kids & Art surprised 10 children’s hospitals around the U.S. with a collection of ArtKits, so they could hare the gift of healing art with pediatric patients in their area.
